Transfer Certificate Format

The Transfer Certificate (TC) is an official document issued by a school to a student upon leaving, confirming their enrollment details, academic standing, and conduct. A TC from the previous school is mandatory for admission to Loretto Central School for students transferring from other institutions.

📌 When is TC Required?

  • 1
    Transferring from any other school to Loretto Central School for Classes 1–8
  • 2
    Students coming from schools outside Dakshina Kannada district
  • 3
    Students transferring from schools outside Karnataka State (TC must be countersigned)
  • 4
    When a student leaves Loretto Central School to join another institution

Students from outside Karnataka must have their TC countersigned by the concerned District Education Officer (DEO) before submission.
